2. Member Eligibility

The AT88 platform is exclusively for individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. AT88 reserves the right to verify each user's eligibility at any time and to reject or terminate the membership of anyone found not to meet the criteria below.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age at the date of registration — no exceptions.
  • Citizens or permanent residents located within jurisdictions that permit participation in online digital entertainment.
  • Register under your own name with accurate, complete, and verifiable personal information.
  • Never previously banned, suspended, or removed from the AT88 platform.
  • Not acting as an agent, representative, or intermediary on behalf of any other individual or organization.
  • Individuals who have applied for self-exclusion are not eligible to re-register until the exclusion period has ended.
  • AT88 staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to be active members of the platform.

AT88 employs a strict age verification system. Any attempt to bypass the minimum age requirement is a serious violation that will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance or winnings without notice.

3. Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the AT88 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or device — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, active email address, and bank account details for identity verification (KYC) purposes. AT88 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your ID or bank statement to verify your identity at any time.

  • Your account password must be at least 8 characters long, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities that take place within your account.
  • Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used by any other party.
  • Any changes to personal information must be notified to the AT88 support team within 7 days.
  • AT88 reserves the right to suspend an account while a KYC verification process is ongoing.
4. Deposits & Payments

AT88 accepts deposits via a range of secure payment methods fully supported by the platform, including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other digital payment methods available in Malaysia. All deposits are processed automatically and credited to the member's account promptly.

  • AT88 reserves the right to request proof of payment or additional verification for any suspicious deposit.
  • Deposits made via unapproved methods will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
  • Attempting to make a deposit using another person's credit or debit card without authorization constitutes fraud and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All deposit transactions at AT88 are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your financial information is never stored in plain text and is never shared with third parties without your consent.

5. Fund Withdrawals

AT88 is committed to processing all withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. Withdrawals are processed in as little as 5 minutes for members who have completed full KYC verification. Slightly longer processing times may apply in cases requiring additional security review.

  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name.

  • Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the AT88 platform and may result in legal action and/or account closure without a refund:

  • Using any technical means to exploit system vulnerabilities, including hacking, data breaches, or cyberattacks.

  • Initiating chargebacks or disputing legitimate deposit transactions with your bank without first contacting the AT88 support team.
10. Account Closure & Termination

You may close your AT88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, ensure all funds in your account have been withdrawn, as any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with AT88's standard procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reactivated.

  • AT88 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms and conditions.
  • Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to inactivity fees or closure in accordance with AT88's current policy.

AT88 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in AT88's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between a member and AT88 shall be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction under the relevant laws.
